Product return policy
Physical products
All Beauty Kreyol skincare and wellness products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Returnable items:
Unopened products in original, sealed packaging
Products that have not been used or tampered with
Products with all original labels and packaging intact
Non-returnable items:
Opened skincare products (serums, creams, soaps, scrubs)
Used or partially used products
Products without original packaging
Turmeric Gummies with broken safety seal
Bundle/Kit items (unless entire bundle is unopened and returned together)
By purchasing, you acknowledge that due to health and safety regulations, opened personal care products cannot be resold and are exempt from return.
Exceptional circumstances
Refunds or exchanges may be issued under the following conditions:
Full refund eligible:
You received the wrong product
Product arrived damaged or defective during shipping
Product has visible manufacturing defect (mold, separation, unusual odor)
You were charged multiple times for the same order
Exchange eligible:
You received an incorrect product variant (wrong size, wrong product)
Product packaging was damaged but product seal remains intact
To request a refund or exchange for these reasons, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@beautykreyol.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue
Damaged or defective products
If your Beauty Kreyol product arrives damaged or is defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Please contact us immediately upon receipt if:
Product container is broken or leaking
Product has unusual appearance, smell, or texture
Safety seal was broken before opening
Product appears contaminated or expired
We may request photos to process your claim quickly. Once approved, we will send a replacement or process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs
Return shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
Beauty Kreyol covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Original shipping:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective product)
Refund processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
